These terms apply when you use the SmartRaseed app. By creating an account you agree to them and to our privacy policy.

The service

SmartRaseed lets you record sales and create receipts, GST tax invoices, bills of supply, and credit and debit notes as PDFs that you can share with your customers.

Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• You must be at least 18 and running a real business or profession.

Your documents

• You are responsible for the details on every document you create, including GSTIN, HSN/SAC codes, tax rates and amounts, and for filing your own GST returns. SmartRaseed calculates tax from what you enter but does not give tax advice.
• Create documents only for real sales. Making false invoices is a crime under GST law, and we will close accounts used for it.
• Tax invoices can't be edited or deleted after they are issued. Cancel them or issue a credit or debit note instead.

Your customers' data

You decide which customer details to record and why. Collect only what you need, tell your customers, and respect their requests. We process this data on your behalf as described in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Don't try to access other people's data, disrupt the service, or use it for anything illegal. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Availability

We work to keep SmartRaseed running and your data backed up, but the service is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. Keep copies of documents you need for your records.

Liability

As far as the law allows, SmartRaseed is not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit, arising from your use of the service.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the app or with the deletion form.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell you in the app about significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
